Soccer in Spanish Fall Season

SESSION times

This year we’re excited to offer Monday afternoon and Wednesday morning classes in addition to our three classes on Saturday mornings.

  • MONDAYS 5:00 - 5:40 p.m. (2-3 year olds)

  • SATURDAYS 9:15 - 9:55 a.m. (2-3 year olds) - WAITLIST ONLY

  • SATURDAYS 10:00 - 10:40 a.m. (2-3 year olds) - WAITLIST ONLY

  • SATURDAYS 10:45 - 11:25 a.m. (3.5-5 year olds) - WAITLIST ONLY

Session dates

MONDAY season dates are: Sept 9, Sept 16, Sept 23, Sept 30, Oct 7, and Oct 14 - with rain dates of Oct 21 and Oct 28

SATURDAYS season dates are: Sept 14, Sept 21, Sept 28, Oct 5, Oct 12 and Oct 19 - with rain dates of Oct 26 and Nov 2

LOCATION

Riverview Fisk Park (the grass next to the Community Garden - not the turf field)

Fee

$180 for the season, payable through check or Venmo

Weather and Safety

If your child is sick, we ask that you do not bring them to class in order for us to maintain a healthy and safe environment.

Classes will run in drizzle and light rain.  Soccer in Spanish will make every effort to contact you before the start of classes should inclement weather result in cancellation for the day. We have reserved June 8th and June 15th as rain dates. If we need to cancel any of our classes, then we will make up the class on June 8th and June 15th, if needed.

A parent or guardian must be present during the class. Parents may need to assist their child during class until their child is comfortable participating independently.

What to wear and Bring

Children who wear glasses must use shatterproof eyewear at all times. Children must wear sneakers or cleats or they will not be allowed to participate in class. Activewear (t-shirts, shorts, and sweats) is recommended. Children should also apply sunscreen before leaving for class and should bring sunscreen if they want to reapply.

We will supply soccer balls, goals, pinnies, and other training materials. Soccer in Spanish class participants must bring the following items: sneakers and/or cleats and a water bottle.
